We were created to be an engine kit specialist over 43 years ago and 90% of our phone sales staff have over 15 years experience in the engine parts business. We are a Northwest owned and operated business who believes in honesty and fair dealings with our suppliers, customers and employees.
We allow parts to be returned within 30 days with no restock (except closeout, special order or items sold on courtesy distributor pricing.) Cores may be returned for full credit up to 120 days. All credits are for in-store use only. Freight inbound or outbound is not credited for returned parts. Claims for defective must include an explanation about the nature of the defect.
We do not warrantee parts sold beyond the manufacturers own warranty, except the optional warranty that may be purchased with engine kits.
